Program Manager, ADEK:
Since November 2022, leading strategic programs in Abu Dhabi with a focus on national policy, curriculum development, assessment, operations, stakeholder management, licensing, and well-being. Collaborating with ADEK’s Executive Directors and government entities such as EHRC, ADEO, ADIO, and MOE, has driven significant success in public education.

Founder & Managing Director, Consult Upgrade:
Launched in January 2021, Consult Upgrade is a language-based branding, marketing, and management consultancy company. Through extensive market research and innovative solutions, branding and marketing strategies across various sectors have been enhanced.

Founder & Managing Director, UPEXOR:
Launched in January 2021, UPEXOR is an education services consultancy and event organizing establishment that focuses on educational engagement with markets and key players in UAE.

Academy Deputy Principal, GEMS Wellington Academy:
From August 2019 to January 2021, achieving significant improvements in academic excellence by implementing accreditation and regulatory body recommendations. Efforts led to a 31% improvement in teacher performance within a single academic year.

Director – Acting CEO, Gao Zhi Yuan GZY Digital University:
Between May 2017 and May 2019, leading advancements in technical education, focusing on engineering, oil and gas, and vocational training. Initiatives included AI-driven content systems and blockchain integration in educational finance.

Management Consultant – Project Director, Razi Education and Training:
From July 2015 to April 2017, leading the “My Identity” educational program, a landmark public-private partnership, and providing expert consultancy to educational institutions in the GCC.
